HOW TO BUY AT www.ellipselingerie.com?
We are delighted that you are interested in shopping at Ellipse.com, and you'll find it's very easy!
To find the product you want to buy, you can browse through the categories in our menu or use the search bar.
Once you have chosen the product you desire, select the color and size, and add it to your shopping bag by clicking the BUY button.
After adding the product, you can continue browsing and adding more items to your bag.
When you have added all the products you want to purchase, go to the shopping cart located at the top right corner. Verify that the products in your bag are the ones you wish to buy and click on CHECKOUT.
Enter your email to proceed with the process. Fill in your personal information and delivery details.
Choose the payment method you prefer. You can select Credit Card, PSE (debit card, savings account, or checking account), Efecty, or Baloto.
Check the confirmation message for your purchase and wait for the confirmation email.
Receive your order at your doorstep or office.

WHAT ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT THAT I CAN USE IN THE ONLINE STORE?
At www.ellipselingerie.com, you can pay using the following payment methods: credit card, PSE (savings account or checking account), Baloto, or Efecty. Simply choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
I'M UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE WITH MY CARD ON THE ONLINE STORE. WHY?
Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure that you have entered your credit card details accurately, including card name, card number, expiration date, and security code. If you are making a payment using PSE, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions for online purchases through your account (to check permissions, please contact your bank). If you are unable to proceed with your payment, please get in touch with our ELLIPSE Customer Service helpline at (+57) 1328 9172 (available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm), or through our email ventasonline@ellipselingerie.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT COUPON?
If you have a discount coupon, you should enter the code in the field that says 'Discount Coupon' in the shopping bag. The designated amount will be automatically deducted from the total purchase value. Please enter the coupon code accurately, respecting uppercase, lowercase, and numerical characters.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS SIMULTANEOUSLY ON THE ONLINE STORE?
You can pay with 2 different credit cards or use a voucher or credit note and pay the remaining amount through a credit card or PSE button. However, you cannot use two additional payment methods for a single purchase (e.g. credit card and PSE, or credit card and Efecty).
ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
The prices of all the products you see on our website already include the value of VAT.
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON www.ellipselingerie.com?
Shopping on www.ellipselingerie.com is secure. Our e-commerce technological platform, Shopify, and our payment partner, PAYU LATAM, hold PCI compliance certification (Payment Card Industry Compliance), making it a platform designed to operate securely over the internet. The confidentiality of data is ensured by the security system provided by Pay U.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO MAKE PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYU?
You need a computer with an internet connection. You need an active credit or debit card. To make a purchase, you will access a payment platform with the security and confidentiality guarantees provided by the company Pay U. You will need to enter your first and last name, the digits of your debit or credit card you're using for the purchase, and the card validation digits (CVV/CVC/CID).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME AND COST?
The shipping cost will be determined for each specific case based on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This cost will be calculated during the checkout process and will be provided to you when the purchase order is generated. All these values will be disclosed to you before you proceed to the payment process. The delivery time for orders will be between 3 to 6 business days, depending on the location of the destination city for the purchase.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive the tracking number for your order via email. You can enter this number in the 'Track Order' section to monitor the status and location of your order. Additionally, you can access the tracking number by going to 'My Account - Orders,' or by reaching out through various Ellipse Customer Service channels.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?
Refunds for returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery. The returned products must be unused, free from stains or washing, have all plastic tags and protectors still attached, essentially in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
If you wish to receive a refund, simply send your new item back to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that products to which any kind of discount has been applied are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or money refunds.
FOR HYGIENE REASONS, OUR PANTIES AND BODYSUITS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

CAN I EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE? Y
es. Exchanges are accepted within 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF DELIVERY, provided the conditions are met.
If you wish to make an exchange, simply send the item back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, including a form that will be sent to you via email when you communicate your desire for an exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you do not have the item you want to exchange for, you will have store credit for that balance, valid for 6 months.
Please note that products to which any kind of discount has been applied are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or money refunds.

PREVIOUS RECOMMENDATIONS Please ensure you are wearing underwear when trying on the garments.
If you wish to make an exchange or return, please be aware that products without original tags and hygiene protectors in place, damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, with deodorant stains, smoke damage, or a smell of dampness, will not be considered for this process. No exceptions will be made regarding these conditions.
If received in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned and you will be responsible for return costs. We apply these measures to ensure your satisfaction.
