(Ellipse), a company domiciled in Envigado (Antioquia), identified with NIT 900648300-1, located at Carrera 43A # 23 Sur 15 - office 202, is a committed and responsible entity regarding the privacy and security of Personal Data of its USERS, CLIENTS, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC, in accordance with the terms of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. In this sense, the following 'PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION' has been adopted, in which USERS, CLIENTS, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC can learn about the procedure for collecting, storing, and processing Personal Data that are entered into our databases, as well as the rights, guarantees, and procedures to enforce them.


TERMS OF INTEREST:

Data Subject: Natural person whose personal data is subject to processing. Personal Data: Any information related to or that can be associated with specific or identifiable natural persons. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The information provided by the data subject will be included in our database as well as the database of our business partner NEGOCIOS ELECTRONICOS S.A.S. with NIT: 900.447.351-4, and will be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing our services and products.
  • Fulfilling obligations contracted by the data subject.
  • Using the information to promote our products, services, and offers through physical means or via our website and other media used for this purpose.
  • Sending commercial information about the products and services offered by the company through authorized communication channels.

In the context of personnel selection, hiring, and employment, to verify and confirm the identity, as well as to manage and operate organizational development processes within the Company, for internal control of knowledge and personal skills, to fulfill the obligations arising from the employment relationship, integrate employment records, payroll administration, payment of benefits, salaries and allowances, bonuses, refunds, pensions, insurance contracting, documentation and control of allocation of computer and communication assets, internal audits, creation of work email accounts, compilation of a company directory, allocation of work tools, assigning passwords, controlling personnel access to Company premises, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, labor, and legal obligations, verifying personal and/or employment references, contacting family members, dependents, and/or beneficiaries in case of emergencies, and providing required employment information to creditors.

Executing contractual relationships with suppliers. Consulting and reporting credit behaviors to credit bureau databases. Sending commercial, advertising, or promotional information, events, campaigns, contests, debt collection management, notifications prior to credit risk reports, and other communications from PRICAP S.A.S. to data subjects, through physical mail, email, mobile devices, text messages (SMS and/or MMS), voice messages, or any other analogous and/or digital communication means currently existing or yet to be developed.

Checking databases to determine if the resources of data subjects having a relationship with PRICAP S.A.S. are not directly or indirectly derived from or intended for illicit activities, especially terrorism financing or money laundering (SARLAFT).

Checking compliance with contributions to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) to ensure the control of risks that may affect workplace safety and health.

METHOD OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA The personal data obtained and stored by PRICAP S.A.S. (Ellipse) are voluntarily and directly provided by the data subjects through credit application, website, supplier technical forms, and selection, employment, contracting, and data update forms.
